The Center for the Arts is a modern and comfortable performing arts hall located in the city of Amherst in New York. The venue is located on the campus of the University of Buffalo at the North Campus in Amherst.
The University at Buffalo Center for the Arts contains a main stage, a drama room, and a black box theater. The seating capacities of the performing rooms vary in size and different events are held in each. The main stage can seat up to 1,750 guests while the drama room can seat up to 400. The black box has a dramatic and smaller feel, where it can seat only 175 guests.
