The Pantages Theater is an entertainment and live performance theater located in the downtown of Tacoma, Washington.
Belonging to a collection of theaters known as the Broadway Center for the Performing Arts, the Pantages Theater is one of three local theaters alongside the Rialto Theater and the Theatre on the Square.
Simply known as the Pantages, the theater has an intimate setting and preserves much of the buildings history. Constructed in 1908, the building was originally an old department store. It changed hands in 1916 and was adapted to serve as the home of the Pantages Theater.
Tickets are available to many events including concerts, plays, musicals, theatrical performances, Broadway shows, comedy shows, and guest speakers. Tickets are occasionally available to private events held at the Pantages.
